Here's the thing - Toronto's got incredible bones. Buildings from the 1800s standing next to glass towers. Most folks think you gotta choose between preservation and progress, but that's just lazy thinking. We've restored heritage facades that were basically falling apart while creating interiors that work for how people actually live now.
Started this practice because I got tired of seeing beautiful old structures demolished when they just needed someone who understood both the history and the engineering. Every building tells a story, and we're pretty good at making sure that story continues.

Look, every architect claims they're sustainable now. We've been doing passive solar orientation since before it was cool. Our projects average 40% better energy performance than code requirements, not because we're chasing LEED points, but because it's just smarter design.
We use local materials when possible, design for longevity instead of trends, and actually think about how a building affects its surroundings. That includes everything from rainwater management to making sure we're not creating wind tunnels that'll knock over pedestrians.
